As a collaborative partner I bring a unique ability to quickly grasp both the organizational needs and the personal dynamics that drive performance. I have had the privilege of working with well over thousands of leaders—from first-line managers to C-suite executives—across industries such as IT/tech, construction, sustainable food packaging, life sciences, customer experience, fintech, and healthcare.
My Mission & Passion for Leadership
My foundation in business is strong, with an MSc in International Business Administration & Economics, complemented by advanced training in leadership development, coaching, and team dynamics. Over the years, I have held leadership roles spanning Managing Director, CEO, HR Manager, and Leadership & Training Manager—giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that today’s leaders face.
But leadership is more than strategy and skill—it’s about navigating complexity with clarity, much like sailing across uncharted waters. My passion for leadership is deeply intertwined with my love for the ocean. From crossing the Atlantic to delivering yachts through the English Channel and even pirate-infested waters, these experiences have shaped my perspective on resilience, adaptability, and the power of steady leadership in the face of uncertainty. In 2020, I fulfilled a long-held dream of graduating as a Deck Officer, reinforcing my belief that growth is a lifelong pursuit.
