How does it work?
- We start with an open meeting of 20 minutes to ensure the right fit.
- Then we schedule the kickoff session and create a plan moving forward.
- We meet digitally and/or in person every 3-6 weeks over 3-12 months. After that, it’s common to continue in a format that keeps being tailored specifically to you and your needs.
- You’re not committed to anything—you can always end the coaching with a 30-day notice and receive a refund for remaining sessions. We can always adjust the structure as needed.
Lasting change takes time, which is why a minimum of 6 months is recommended.
