Duni Group

Design and facilitation of Duni Group’s Global Leadership Development Program

The assignment supports Duni Group’s strategic initiative in leadership development, aimed at establishing a shared leadership philosophy and a unified, transformational leadership approach. In close collaboration with the Head of Organizational Development, I design and facilitate several modules within Duni Group’s Global Leadership Development Program. The development spans both self-leadership and leading others. The program has contributed to increased leadership alignment across regions, strengthened cross-functional collaboration, and measurable improvements in leadership index scores.

Keynote Speaker, Leaders Team Development

Keynote – I had the pleasure of speaking at Addedo Finance Day 2023, one of Stockholm’s major fintech events, with my talk “Safe, Smart and Fast through the Leadership Mindset”.  The goal? To spark fresh thinking and boost energy for an afternoon for clients, partners and coworkers. The response was great — attendees called it inspiring, practical, and a mindset shift they could put into action right away. A solid reminder that leadership doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful.

Leaders Team – Across a series of energizing sessions, we focused on building self-leadership and deepening self-awareness — all while strengthening team unity and creating a shared sense of what great leadership looks like. The result? Clearer communication, stronger alignment and relationships, and a noticeable shift in communication within the team.

Core Values

In collaboration with the CEO and Head of HR, I served as the lead consultant in the process of establishing Blocket’s core values from the ground up. The entire organization – then around 70 coworkers – was actively involved in the process. The outcome was a clearly defined set of core values and the identification of key behaviors to bring the values to life in daily practice.

Nordic Leadership & Training Manager, Group Management Team

The assignment was to implement the newly established role of Nordic Leadership & Training Manager. The overall focus was to unify and further build the desired corporate culture, while strengthening leadership. At the time, Webhelp had 1,800 employees across the Nordic region; today, it is one of the world’s largest CX companies. Along the way, I collaborated with my highly dedicated colleagues to create a new, group-wide onboarding program. I also delivered a leadership program based on coaching leadership, along with several other development initiatives involving leaders from first-line managers to group-level executives

VisitSweden

Core Values

When the collaboration with VisitSweden began, the core values had already been defined. Our work focused on integrating them into the organization. Together with the CCO, I designed a series of workshops held at VisitSweden’s headquarters in Sweden and at regional offices across Europe. The result was a playful and professional (two of the core values) collaboration that successfully anchored all core values on both an organizational and individual level.

Folktandvården Stockholm

Leadership Development

A leadership program based on coaching leadership principles, designed and facilitated in close collaboration with the client. The target group included all clinic managers, many of whom had extensive leadership experience. The results were so strong that the program was extended to include all team supervisors as well. One participant remarked, “I wish I had this 20 years ago!”
